NO OVERDRAWN BALANCE. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 2.5, amounts shall only be withdrawn from the Master Issuer Non-Sterling Account to the extent that such withdrawal does not cause the Master Issuer Non-Sterling Account to become overdrawn.
NO OVERDRAWN BALANCE. Notwithstanding the provisions of CLAUSE 2.1, amounts shall only be withdrawn from the Seventh Issuer Transaction Account to the extent that such withdrawal does not cause the Seventh Issuer Transaction Account to become overdrawn.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Clauses 2.1 (Instructions from Issuer Cash Manager to Issuer Account Bank) and 4.1 (Instructions from the Issuer Cash Manager), amounts shall only be withdrawn from any Issuer Account to the extent that such withdrawal does not cause the relevant Issuer Account to become overdrawn.

NO OVERDRAWN BALANCE. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 2.1, amounts shall only be withdrawn from the Ninth Issuer Sterling Account to the extent that such withdrawal does not cause the Ninth Issuer Sterling Account to become overdrawn.
