Issuer Share Capital Account definition

Issuer Share Capital Account means the account in the name of the Issuer in which, inter alia, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Issuer has been deposited.
Issuer Share Capital Account means the bank account of the Issuer in Ireland into which may be deposited the proceeds of the paid-up share capital of the Issuer and the Issuer Profit Margin.

  • Each of the Issuer Accounts (other than the Issuer Share Capital Account) will be subject to a first priority fixed security interest, created in favour of the Note Trustee pursuant to the Issuer Deed of Charge.

  • Pursuant to the Issuer Cash Management Agreement, the Issuer Cash Manager will agree to manage the Issuer Bank Accounts (other than the Issuer Share Capital Account), make certain calculations relating to payments and reports, arrange for payments to be made on behalf of the Issuer and provide cash administration services.
