Under the Issuer Deed of Charge, the Issuer will grant first ranking security interests over all its assets and undertaking (other than amounts standing to the credit of the Issuer Share Capital Account) in favour of the Issuer Security Trustee as security for its obligations under the Notes and its obligations to the Issuer Secured Creditors under any other Transaction Document to which it is party (excluding the Issuer Deed of Charge).
