Issuer Share Capital Account definition

Issuer Share Capital Account means the account in the name of the Issuer in which, inter alia, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Issuer has been deposited.
Issuer Share Capital Account means the bank account of the Issuer in Ireland into which may be deposited the proceeds of the paid-up share capital of the Issuer and the Issuer Profit Margin.
Issuer Share Capital Account means the share capital account of the Issuer. Gross-up: None of the Issuer, the Trustee or any other person will be obliged to pay any additional amounts to the Noteholders if there is any withholding or deduction for or on account of taxes from a payment made under the Notes. Examples of Issuer Share Capital Account in a sentence

  • Under the Issuer Deed of Charge, the Issuer will grant first ranking security interests over all its assets and undertaking (other than amounts standing to the credit of the Issuer Share Capital Account) in favour of the Issuer Security Trustee as security for its obligations under the Notes and its obligations to the Issuer Secured Creditors under any other Transaction Document to which it is party (excluding the Issuer Deed of Charge).
