NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. Nothing contained herein or done pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute the Parties as entering upon a joint venture or partnership, or shall constitute either Party the agent for the other Party for any purpose or in any sense whatsoever.
NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. Nothing herein shall be construed to constitute the parties hereto as partners or joint ventures, nor shall any similar relationship be deemed to exist between them. NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. The relationship of National and Fairchild shall be that of independent contractors only. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as making one Party an agent or legal representative of the other or otherwise as having the power or authority to bind the other in any manner.
NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. The relationship of NSC and DCI Sdn Bhd shall be that of independent contractors only. Nothing is this Agreement shall be construed as making DCI Sdn Bhd an agent or legal representative of NSC or otherwise as having the power or authority to bind NSC in any manner.
NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. The relationship of the Penson Group and the SAMCO Companies shall be that of independent coxxxxxxors only. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as (i) making one party an agent or legal representative of the other or otherwise (except to the extent part of the Services) as having the power or authority to bind the other in any manner (except to the extent part of the Services), or (ii) creating any partnership, joint venture or other joint commercial enterprise between the Penson Group and the SAMCO Companies.
NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create or constitute a partnership or other legal entity between FMC and BioProgress, nor do they create any legal agency between the parties.
NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. The Parties agree that at all times they shall be and shall act as independent contractors to each other. The Parties agree that it is not their intent to create any partnership, agency, joint venture or other arrangement through this Agreement and none shall be assumed.
NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. Each party agrees and represents that the EDC/City and the Owner/Developer are not agents, partners or venturers of the other with respect to the Project, as described hereafter, and that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any such relationship.
NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY CREATED. This Agreement creates and evidences a purchase agreement between Mar Mar and Chartown, and not a partnership, joint venture, or other type of ownership inconsistent with a purchase agreement, and neither Mar Mar not Chartown shall make any representation to the contrary.
