Except as set forth on Schedule 3.1.24, no contract or agreement to which Dynamotion is a party or by which it is bound or to which any of its properties or assets is subject limits the freedom of Dynamotion to compete in any line of business or with any person. To the Knowledge of Dynamotion, none of the employees of Dynamotion is obligated under any contract (including licenses, covenants, or commitments of any nature), or subject to any judgment, decree, or order of any Governmental Entity, that would interfere with the use of his or her best efforts to promote the interests of Dynamotion or that would conflict with the business of Dynamotion as now conducted or proposed to be conducted.

To the knowledge of Medscape, none of the employees of Medscape or its subsidiaries is obligated under any contract (including licenses, covenants or commitments of any nature), or subject to any judgment, decree or order of any court or administrative agency, that would interfere with the use of his or her best efforts to promote the interests of Medscape and its subsidiaries or that would conflict with the business of Medscape or any of its subsidiaries as now conducted or proposed to be conducted.
