Common use of No Present Transfer Clause in Contracts

No Present Transfer. This Agreement does not transfer any interest in the Property to Buyer. This Agreement is only an agreement to transfer an interest in the future in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this section or elsewhere in this Agreement to the contrary, Buyer is still subject to the "risk of loss" provision contained in Article V, Section F.2(a) below.
