Privacy Xxx 0000. 17.1 The Customer agrees for the Supplier to obtain from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about the Customer in relation to credit provided by the Supplier, and the Supplier may give personal information about the Customer to a credit reporting agency for the purpose of obtaining such a report.
17.2 The Customer agrees that the Supplier may exchange information about the Customer with those credit providers either named as trade referees by the Customer or named in a consumer credit report issued by a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
(a) to assess an application by the Customer; and/or
(b) to notify other credit providers of a default by the Customer; and/or
(c) to exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this credit account, where the Customer is in default with other credit providers; and/or
(d) to assess the creditworthiness of the Customer. The Customer understands that the information exchanged can include anything about the Customer’s creditworthiness, credit standing, credit history or credit capacity that credit providers are allowed to exchange under the Privacy Xxx 0000.
17.3 The Customer consents to the Supplier being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit (Section 18K(1)(h) Privacy Act 1988).
17.4 The Customer agrees that personal credit information provided may be used and retained by the Supplier for the following purposes (and for other purposes as shall be agreed between the Customer and Supplier or required by law from time to time):
(a) the provision of Goods and/or Services and/or Fuel Cards and/or Equipment; and/or
(b) the marketing of Goods and/or Services and/or Fuel Cards and/or Equipment by the Supplier, its agents or distributors; and/or
(c) analysing, verifying and/or checking the Customer’s credit, payment and/or status in relation to the provision of Goods and/or Services and/or Fuel Cards and/or Equipment; and/or
(d) processing of any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities requested by the Customer; and/or
(e) enabling the daily operation of Customer’s account and/or the collection of amounts outstanding in the Customer’s account in relation to the Goods and/or Services and/or Fuel Cards and/or Equipment.
Privacy Xxx 0000. We collect, use, hold, handle and/or disseminate your information in a way that is at all times compliant with the Privacy Xxx 0000 and its provisions.
Privacy Xxx 0000. 14.1 The Customer agrees for the Seller to give information about the Customer for the purpose of obtaining from a credit reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about the Customer in relation to credit provided by the Seller.
14.2 The Customer agrees that the Seller may exchange information about the Customer with those credit providers either named as trade referees by the Customer or named in a consumer credit report issued by a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
a) to assess an application by Customer; and/or
b) to notify other credit providers of a default by the Customer; and/or
c) to exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this credit account, where the Customer is in default with other credit providers; and/or d) to assess the credit worthiness of Customer.
Privacy Xxx 0000. 13.1. If the Hirer is an individual, this clause 13.1 applies. The Owner requires personal information and will collect and hold personal information about the Hirer, principally for the purpose of evaluating the hire of equipment by the Hirer. The Hirer’s application to hire equipment may be declined or the hire terminated if the Hirer fails to provide requested personal information. The Hirer can access and seek correction of any personal information by contacting the Owner. The Hirer agrees that its personal information may be used by the Owner to advise the Hirer of the Owner’s other goods and services. The Hirer authorises the disclosure of personal information held by any other party regarding any previous hire contracts entered into by the Hirer. The Hirer agrees to the Owner releasing to other parties information regarding the Contract if the Hirer does not comply with its obligations.
13.2. The Hirer and each person who signs the Owner’s Application for Credit authorises the Owner:
13.2.1. to collect, retain and use information about the Hirer or such other signatory from any person for the purpose of assessing the Hirer’s or such other signatory’s creditworthiness;
13.2.2. to disclose information about the Hirer or such other signatory:
13.2.2.1. to any person who guarantees, or who provides insurance, or who provides any other credit support, in relation to the Hirer’s obligations to the Owner; and/or
13.2.2.2. to such persons as may be necessary or desirable to enable the Owner to exercise any rights under the Contract.
Privacy Xxx 0000. 5.1 We will hold any personal information that you provide to us in accordance with the Privacy Xxx 0000. Any such information that we request from you will be used pursuant to the provision of the services.
5.2 It may be necessary for us to pass your information on to insurers and other product or service providers which may provide us with additional support in connection with our provision of the services.
5.3 Unless you instruct us not to do so, we may also contact you in connection with other products or services that we feel may be of interest or benefit to you.

Privacy Xxx 0000. 16.1 The Buyer and/or the Guarantor/s agree for the Seller to obtain from a credit- reporting agency a credit report containing personal credit information about the Buyer and Guarantor/s in relation to credit provided by the Seller.
16.2 The Buyer and/or the Guarantor/s agree that the Seller may exchange information about Xxxxx and Guarantor/s with those credit providers named in the Application for Credit account or named in a consumer credit report issued by a reporting agency for the following purposes:
(a) To assess an application by Xxxxx;
(b) To notify other credit providers of a default by the Buyer;
(c) To exchange information with other credit providers as to the status of this credit account, where the Buyer is in default with other credit providers; and
(d) To assess the credit worthiness of Buyer and/or Guarantor/s.
16.3 The Buyer consents to the Seller being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit (Section 18K(1)(h) Privacy Act 1988).
16.4 The Buyer agrees that Personal Data provided may be used and retained by the Seller for the following purposes and for other purposes as shall be agreed between the Buyer and Seller or required by law from time to time:
(a) provision of Services & Goods;
(b) marketing of Services and or Goods by the Seller, its agents or distributors in relation to the Services and Goods;
(c) analysing, verifying and/or checking the Buyer’s credit, payment and/or status in relation to provision of Services/Goods;
(d) processing of any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities requested by Buyer; and
(e) enabling the daily operation of Xxxxx’s account and/or the collection of amounts outstanding in the Buyer’s account in relation to the Services and Goods.
16.5 The Seller may give, information about the Buyer to a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
(a) to obtain a consumer credit report about the Buyer; and or
(b) allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about the Buyer.
16.6 In accordance with Section 81K(l)(e) of the Privacy Act the Buyer authorises a trade insurer in relation to an application by the Buyer for commercial credit to obtain the Buyers consumer credit report to assess whether to insure or the risk of insuring the Seller or to assess the risk of default by the Buyer on the commercial credit.

Privacy Xxx 0000. 9.1 The Customer agrees for Nexxis to obtain from a credit reporting body (CRB) a credit report containing personal credit information (e.g. name, address, D.O.B, occupation, previous credit applications, credit history) about the Customer in relation to

(d) processing of any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities requested by the Parent; and/or

22.5 The School may give information about the Parent to a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
(a) to obtain a consumer credit report about the Parent;
(b) allow the credit reporting agency to create or maintain a credit information file containing information about the Parent.
22.6 The information given to the credit reporting agency may include:
24.1 In this clause financing statement, financing change statement, security agreement, and security interest has the meaning given to it by the PPSA.
24.2 Upon assenting to these terms and conditions in writing the Parent acknowledges and agrees that these terms and conditions constitute a security agreement for the purposes of the PPSA and creates a security interest in all Materials that have previously been supplied and that will be supplied in the future by the School to the Parent.
24.3 The Parent undertakes to:
(a) promptly sign any further documents and/or provide any further information (such information to be complete, accurate and up-to-date in all respects) which the School may reasonably require to; named in a consumer credit report issued(a) personal particulars (the Parent’s name, (i) register a financing statement or by a credit reporting agency for the following purposes:
(a) to assess an application by the Parent; and/or

(d) to assess the creditworthiness of the Parent.

Privacy Xxx 0000. 45.1 You acknowledge that the information that we obtain about you (the “Information”) will be used for the purposes of:
(a) Assessing your current and on-going credit worthiness;
(b) Administering, financing, insuring and enforcing your Agreement(s);

23.2. The Customer acknowledges that the Company may refuse to allow the Customer credit if it does not authorise the Company to obtain all information reasonably required to assess the Customer’s credit worthiness from any credit reporter or third party, and authorise those credit reporter or third parties to disclose that information to the Company.
