Common use of No Reject Policy Clause in Contracts

No Reject Policy. The Provider agrees, within authorized staff and vehicle allotments per their credentialed status, that no referral shall be rejected if the Department-contracted SOOT Administrative Service Organization has shown capacity in unassigned vehicles/drivers to conduct the transport. If the Provider rejects the referral, the Department reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the Provider's credentialed status.
