Common use of No Relief of Liability Clause in Contracts

No Relief of Liability. Notwithstanding any other provision set forth in the DBA Documents, performance by a Surety or Guarantor of any of the obligations of DB Contractor that meet the requirements of this DBA shall not relieve DB Contractor of any of its obligations hereunder, including the payment of liquidated damages or other damages or charges payable by the DB Contractor under the DBA.
