Contractor Provided Insurance. 6.2.1. At all times during this Contract, Contractor shall obtain and maintain insurance according to the specifications indicated in Exhibit II.
Contractor Provided Insurance. At all times during this Contractor Agreement, Contractor shall obtain and maintain insurance according to the requirements listed in Appendix A.
Contractor Provided Insurance. If the DB Contractor maintain broader coverage and/or higher limits than the minimums shown below, the District requires and shall be entitled to the broader coverage and/or the higher limits maintained by the DB Contractor. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to the District of Columbia. The DB Contractor shall procure, at its own expense, insurance acceptable to the District, as described herein, and shall maintain such insurance, as specified herein, in accordance with the requirements stated in this Section 11, or as otherwise Approved by the District at its sole discretion.
Contractor Provided Insurance. Contractor shall provide the following insurance with the indicated limits, with its insurance carriers, naming all Subcontractors, Owner and Lender(s) as additional insured and shall maintain such insurance in full force and effect until Final Acceptance. In the event this insurance or any portion of it becomes commercially unavailable on commercially reasonable rates and terms Owner and Contractor shall cooperate in their efforts to obtain such replacement insurance as may be available and this EPC Contract shall be modified accordingly:
(a) Comprehensive General Liability - $10,000,000 N.Z. (Ten Million New Zealand Dollars) combined single limit;
(b) Equipment and Contractor's plant, goods and materials loss in transit, including ocean marine shipment (replacement value);
Contractor Provided Insurance. Contractor shall provide the following insurance no later than the times specified in SECTION 6.4(B) (Preconditions to Milestone payments) with the indicated limits, with its insurance carriers, naming Owner as an additional insured and shall maintain such insurance in full force and effect until Take Over. In the event this insurance or any portion of it becomes commercially unavailable on commercially reasonable rates and terms Owner and Contractor shall cooperate in their efforts to obtain such replacement insurance as may be available and this EPC Contract shall be modified accordingly:
(a) Comprehensive General Liability - with combined single limits of NZ$10,000,000 per occurrence and in the aggregate;
(b) Equipment and Contractor's plant, goods and materials loss in transit to the Site, including ocean marine shipment (replacement value);
(c) New Zealand Statutory Liability Insurance - NZ$1,000,000, and
(d) Contract Works Insurance for the full value of the Works including earthquake. Cover for earthquake, fire, collapse, flood and any other catastrophic perils shall be in such sub-limits that are commercially available at reasonable rates in the commercial insurance market.
Contractor Provided Insurance. Contractor shall:
(a) obtain and maintain in full force and effect from the Commencement Date through Final Completion, at its own cost, the following policies of insurance:
(i) Builders All Risk insurance in an amount equal to cover the replacement cost of the Facility, including transit coverage for purchased plant and equipment;
(ii) Public Liability insurance with bodily injury and property damage combined single limits of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate. Such insurance shall cover liability for bodily injury to third parties or damage to property to third parties arising in connection with the performance of the Work;
(iii) Excess Liability insurance with a single limit of at least Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence in excess of the limits of the insurance provided in paragraph (ii) above;
(iv) Workers Compensation insurance providing statutory limits of liability, and Employers Liability limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per disease/accident/ employee, covering Contractor; and
(v) Marine transit insurance for Materials and/or Equipment procured and to be delivered pursuant to this Contract and to provide that Company is named as the additional named insured; and
(b) procure and maintain such further coverages as Contractor is required to have by any applicable Law. In the event this insurance or any portion of it becomes commercially unavailable, Company and Contractor shall cooperate to obtain such replacement insurance as may be available and this Contract shall be modified accordingly.
Contractor Provided Insurance. Contractor shall:
(a) obtain and maintain in full force and effect from the Commencement Date through Final Completion, at its own cost, the following policies of insurance:

Such insurance shall cover liability for bodily injury to third parties or damage to property to third parties arising in connection with the performance of the Work;

Contractor Provided Insurance. At all times during this Contract, including renewals or extensions, Contractor shall obtain and maintain insurance according to the specifications and requirements set forth in Exhibit , Section Bonds and Insurance.
