Contractor Provided Insurance. At all times during this Contractor Agreement, Contractor shall obtain and maintain insurance according to the requirements listed in Appendix A.
Contractor Provided Insurance. If the DB Contractor maintain broader coverage and/or higher limits than the minimums shown below, the District requires and shall be entitled to the broader coverage and/or the higher limits maintained by the DB Contractor. Any available insurance proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits of insurance and coverage shall be available to the District of Columbia.
