No Representative Opt-Outs. No person or entity shall be permitted to submit a Request for Exclusion or otherwise exercise any exclusion or opt-out rights on behalf of any other person, whether as an agent or representative of another or otherwise, except upon proof of a legal power of attorney, conservatorship, trusteeship, or other legal authorization, and no person or entity may make a Request for Exclusion on behalf of other persons within the Settlement Class as a group, mass, class, or in the aggregate.
