No restriction on advocacy activities. 14.3.1. The Commonwealth confirms that, subject to clause 14.3.2: a. no right or obligation arising under this Agreement should be interpreted as limiting the Recipient's ability to enter into public debate or criticism of the Commonwealth of Australia or its agencies, employees, servants or agents; b. the Commonwealth does not require the Recipient to obtain advance approval of any involvement by the Recipient in public debate or advocacy activities.
