No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the Term, except as authorized by CBS, you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning CBS, or any of CBS’s affiliated companies or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the Term, except as authorized by the Company, you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning the Company, CBS or any of their respective affiliated companies or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the Term, except as authorized by Viacom, you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning Viacom or any of its affiliated companies or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. You agree that during the Employment Term and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, except as authorized by Blockbuster or Viacom, you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning Blockbuster, Viacom or any of Viacom's affiliates or any of their officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the Term, except as authorized by OUTFRONT, Executive shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning OUTFRONT or any of its affiliated companies or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.

You agree that during the Employment Term and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, except as authorized by Sibling or Sibling, you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning Sibling, Sibling or any of Sibling's affiliates or any of their officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.

During the Term, except as authorized by OBN, you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning OBN or any of its affiliated companies or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. You agree that during the Employment Term and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, except as authorized by SMC and Sibling or SMC and Sibling, you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning SMC and Sibling, SMC and Sibling or any of SMC and Sibling’s affiliates or any of their officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers.
No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the Term, except as authorized by CBS Outdoor, you shall not (i) give any Xxxxxx Male September 6, 2013 interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning CBS Outdoor, CBS, their respective Affiliated Companies or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers. The prohibition contained in this paragraph 6(f) shall not apply to a statement as to your employment with CBS Outdoor made in a publication by a school, social club, community association or similar organizations.
No Right to Give Interviews or Write Books, Articles, Etc. During the Term, except as authorized by CBS (which authorization shall include, without limitation, the written or verbal approval by the Chairman & CEO) or in carrying out your duties and responsibilities under this Agreement (which include, without limitation, approved participation in industry conferences, investor conferences, media events, road shows and similar events), you shall not (i) give any interviews or speeches, or (ii) prepare or assist any person or entity in the preparation of any books, articles, television or motion picture productions or other creations, in either case, concerning CBS, or any of CBS’s affiliated companies or any of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers or customers; provided, that any failure to obtain approval for participation in industry conferences, investor conferences, media events, road shows and similar events shall not be considered Cause (as defined in paragraph 7(a)(i) of this Agreement) unless such failure is part of a pattern of continuous or repeated failures to obtain approval for participation in such events.
