NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER PRIOR TO EXERCISE. 4.1 Optionee shall not be deemed for any purpose to be a shareholder of Corporation with respect to any shares subject to the Options under this Agreement to which the Options shall not have been exercised.
NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER PRIOR TO EXERCISE. Neither the Optionee nor any person claiming under or through the Optionee shall be or have any of the rights or privileges of a shareholder of the Company in respect to any of the Shares issuable upon the exercise of the option until the date of receipt of payment (including any amounts required by income tax withholding requirements) by the Company.
NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER PRIOR TO EXERCISE. The Employee shall not, by virtue hereof, be entitled to any rights of a shareholder in the Corporation, either at law or equity. Prior to exercise, the rights of the Employee are limited to those expressed in this Option and are not enforceable against the Corporation except to the extent set forth herein.

The rights of the Director are limited to those expressed in this Option and are not enforceable against the Corporation except to the extent set forth herein.
NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER PRIOR TO EXERCISE. Xx. Xxxxxxx shall not be considered to be a shareholder of the Company for any purpose until the exercise of the Warrant as provided herein and the due and formal issuance of Warrant Shares by the Company's Transfer Agent and Registrar thereupon.

NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER PRIOR TO EXERCISE. Participant shall not be deemed for any purpose to be a Cascade shareholder with respect to SARs that have been granted to Participant under this Agreement prior to the exercise of such SARs.
NO RIGHTS AS SHAREHOLDER PRIOR TO EXERCISE. Consultant shall not, by virtue hereof, be entitled to any rights of a shareholder in the Corporation, either at law or equity. The rights of Consultant are limited to those expressed in this Warrant and are not enforceable against the Corporation except to the extent set forth herein.
