NO RIGHTS IN UNDERLYING INSTRUMENT. A Position does not entitle you to any rights in relation to the Underlying Instrument being traded and you will not be entitled to any rights in respect of any Underlying Instrument. This means that you will not own or have any interest in the instrument, Index, Commodity, currency, futures contract or Bullion, or other instrument or asset or factor in the subject of the Product.
