REPORTING TO YOU. (Statements). Statements will be made available to you to view and/or print on the Platform Website and/or Mobile App (if available). We will send an email notification when the statements are available online on a periodic basis at approximately monthly intervals. The Account Statement will describe each item, date of credit or debit, and the respective amount. Electronically delivered Statements will provide all information available in paper statements.
1.4.1. Account statements will be considered to be correct unless you notify us, through Synapse, of any errors within sixty (60) days of becoming available. Carefully review your statement each statement cycle and notify us of any errors within sixty (60) days of your statement becoming available. Bank will not be liable to you for any error that you do not report to Bank within that period of sixty (60) days.
REPORTING TO YOU. (a) Confirmations: A Confirmation will appear in the Trading Platform each time a Contract is entered into by us with you. You agree to receive Confirmations in this form. If the Confirmation does not appear on the Trading Platform within two (2) minutes you must contact us immediately. If you do not do so within twenty-four (24) hours, what we have recorded in relation to the Contract will be deemed to have been accepted by you. The prices quoted in the Confirmation will be net of any charges (excluding Commissions), which may not be separately identified.
(b) Daily statement: We will not provide daily statements in respect of an Account.
REPORTING TO YOU. 7.1 You will be deemed to have received a trade confirmation or other notification from us at the time of the conversation in respect of a verbal notification or confirmation and in the case of a written notification or confirmation, not more than one (or, in the case of overseas clients, three) business days from the date of despatch.
7.2 You will notify us within 24 hours of receipt if you are not in agreement with any trade confirmation or other notification from us. In the absence of such immediate notification by you, the trade confirmation or notification will (in the absence of manifest error) be binding on you.
REPORTING TO YOU. We will provide Confirmations and Reports to you via our Trading Platform or by email. Any Confirmation or Report will, in the absence of obvious error, be conclusive unless you notify us in writing to the contrary within two (2) Business Days of the Confirmation or Report being issued. You will access and use the Trading Platform to confirm all your Positions with us, to download and view the Confirmations and Reports and to monitor your obligations under this Agreement.
REPORTING TO YOU a. Confirmations: in respect of each contract entered into by us with you a confirmation will appear in the trading platform. If the confirmation does not appear you must contact us immediately and if you do not do so the details, or lack thereof, that we have recorded in relation to the contract will be deemed to have been accepted by you. The prices quoted on confirmations sent to the client will be net of any charges, which may not be separately identified. The client agrees to receive confirmations in this form.
REPORTING TO YOU. 6.1 We shall provide the Services both by telephone and other means of electronic communication. We shall supply to You, on request, information about the status of the Services We provide to You. Subject to any Specific Terms, We will confirm transactions to You by the following means:
(a) We shall promptly provide You, in a durable medium, with the essential information concerning the execution of an order. Unless provided to You by another person, We may also subsequently provide more detailed information regarding such transactions.
(b) in respect of a verbal notification, confirmation, re-cap or other notification, You will be deemed to have received a trade notification from Us at the time of the conversation between FIS and Yourself concerning the Trade in question.
(c) in the case of an electronic notification, You will be deemed to have received a trade notification, or other confirmation from Us immediately upon the receipt of a ‘sent’ notification from the relevant trading system which shall be dispatched to You within twenty four (24) hours following the date of the relevant transaction.
6.2 In the event You disagree with the contents of any trade notification or confirmation You receive from Us, You undertake to notify Us as soon as reasonably practicable and in no event later than twenty four (24) hours after receipt of such notification received by You.
6.3 In the absence of such notification from You under clause 6.2 above, You acknowledge and agree that the notification or confirmation will otherwise (in the absence of manifest error by FIS) be valid and binding on You.
6.4 For the avoidance of doubt, any notification by You pursuant to clause 6.2 above shall only require Us to make reasonable enquiry into the matter being disputed and such notification shall not act to automatically waive Your liability or be any acceptance of liability by Us to You.
6.5 In respect of transactions to be executed on a trading venue, if the trading venue rejects, cancels or refuses to accept a transaction for any reason (each such event, a “Rejection”), whilst We may (at our discretion) assist You in addressing the trading venue’s concerns, We shall have no obligation to do so, and no liability whatsoever if the trading venue continues with its Rejection of the transaction for any reason. (b) Monthly statement: A monthly statement in respect of each Account, including any positions which you may have, will be sent by us to you within 14 days of the end of each calendar month. For the purposes of such monthly statement, we will report all currency balances on the Account in the relevant currency and in the Base Currency, based upon the month-end Ingot Brokers (Australia) Pty Ltd, (Ingot Brokers) Exchange Rate.
REPORTING TO YOU. The information that we are required to provide to you are found in the Offering Memorandum.
REPORTING TO YOU. 8.1 In respect of a verbal notification or confirmation, you will be deemed to have received a trade confirmation, or other notification, from MS France at the time of the conversation between MS France and yourself concerning the trade in question.
8.2 You will notify MS Xxxxxx as soon as practicable, but no later than 24 hours after receipt of such notice as set out in clause 8.1, if you are not in agreement with any trade confirmation or other notification from MS France provided that if the day following the day of receipt of such notice is not a trading day, you will notify MS France on the next trading day. In the absence of such notification by you, the trade confirmation or notification will be binding on you.
REPORTING TO YOU. Following any advice given in a meeting with you, we will provide you with a Suitability Report which will detail our advice and recommendations. We are always happy to review your investments upon request and may also agree to do so in accordance with our ‘Optimum Core’ and ‘Optimum Premium’ Services. In advising and arranging your portfolio it will be necessary for us to create records about your personal circumstances and investments. Please refer to section 30 for further details.
