No Rights of Stockholders Neither the Optionee nor any personal representative (or beneficiary) shall be, or shall have any of the rights and privileges of, a stockholder of the Company with respect to any Shares purchasable or issuable upon the exercise of the Option, in whole or in part, prior to the date on which the Shares are issued.
NO RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP NON-TRANSFERABILITY You acknowledge, understand and agree that your account is non-transferable and any rights to your ID and/or contents within your account shall terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.
No Rights of Stockholder Neither the Employee (nor any beneficiary) shall be or have any of the rights or privileges of a stockholder of the Company in respect of any of the Shares issuable pursuant to the exercise of this option, unless and until certificates representing such Shares shall have been issued, recorded on the records of the Company or its transfer agents or registrars, and delivered to the Employee (or beneficiary).
Appropriation rights overridden This Clause 17 and any notice which the Agent gives under Clause 17.2 shall override any right of appropriation possessed, and any appropriation made, by the Borrower or any Security Party.
No waiver of our rights (a) No failure on our part to exercise and no delay on our part in exercising any right or remedy under this agreement will operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of such right or remedy or the exercise of any other right or remedy. (b) Any waiver by us of our rights or remedies in respect of any term of this agreement or any breach of this agreement on your part must be in writing and may be given subject to such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and is effective only in the instance and for the purpose for which it is given.
No Rights of a Shareholder The Participant shall not have any rights as a shareholder of the Company until the Shares in question have been registered in the Company’s register of shareholders.
No Right of Partition No Member, other than the Manager, shall have the right to seek or obtain partition by court decree or operation of Law of any Company property, or the right to own or use particular or individual assets of the Company.
Rights of Optionee The Optionee shall not be, nor shall he have any of the rights or privileges of, a stockholder of the Company in respect of any of the shares issuable upon the exercise of this Option unless and until certificates representing such shares shall have been issued and delivered; except that the Company shall supply the Optionee with all financial information and other reports which the Company furnished its stockholders during the Option period.
No Air Rights No rights to any view or to light or air over any property, whether belonging to Landlord or any other person, are granted to Tenant by this Lease. If at any time any windows of the Premises are temporarily darkened or the light or view therefrom is obstructed by reason of any repairs, improvements, maintenance or cleaning in or about the Project, the same shall be without liability to Landlord and without any reduction or diminution of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.
Personal Rights The rules, regulations, and requirements of employment shall be limited to matters pertaining to the work requirements of each employee. Employees will not be required to do personal services for a supervisor which are not connected with the operation of the Employer.
