No Service Rights. This Agreement is not a services or employment agreement and nothing contained in the Plan or this Agreement shall be interpreted or construed to confer upon the Employee any right with respect to the continuation of the Employee’s employment or other service with the Company or any subsidiary of the Company or interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company at any time to terminate such relationship.
No Service Rights. Nothing contained in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer upon the Executive any right with respect to the continuation of the Executive’s employment or other service with the Company or any subsidiary of the Company or interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company at any time to terminate such relationship.
No Service Rights. Neither the Plan nor this award shall confer upon the Participant any right with respect to continuance of service as a director of the Company nor shall they interfere in any way with the right of the Company to terminate the Participant’s service as a director in accordance with the Company’s certificate of incorporation or by-laws.
No Service Rights. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement or any related material shall give the Grantee the right to continue as a member of the Board of SunTrust or any Subsidiary or adversely affect the right of SunTrust or any Subsidiary to terminate the Grantee’s membership on the Board with or without cause at any time.
No Service Rights. This Agreement is not an employment or service contract and nothing in this Agreement shall affect in any manner whatsoever the right or power of the Company (or a parent or subsidiary of the Company) to terminate Stockholder’s employment or service for any reason at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
No Service Rights. Nothing contained in this Restricted Stock Agreement shall confer upon the Non-Employee Director any right to continue in the service of the Company nor interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate the Non-Employee Director’s service for the Company.
No Service Rights. Nothing contained in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right with respect to the continuation of his service with the Company or interfere in any way with the right of the Company at any time to terminate such relationship.
No Service Rights. Nothing in this Agreement will confer upon the Participant any right to continued service as a Director.
No Service Rights. Nothing contained in this Deferred RSU Agreement shall confer upon the Non-Employee Director any right to continue in the service of the Company nor interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate the Non-Employee Director’s service for the Company.
No Service Rights. The Award described in this Agreement does not give the Recipient any rights in respect of continued service on the Board or otherwise with the Company or any Affiliate.
