Except as expressly permitted by the applicable Participation Agreement, the Data Recipient shall use the System or the Services for which the Participant is to receive pursuant to its Participation Agreement and only for the Data Recipient’s own account, and shall not use any part of the System or the Services to provide separate services or sublicenses to any third party, including without limitation providing any service bureau services or equivalent services to a third party.
