Common use of No Severance Clause in Contracts

No Severance. Upon termination of Executive's employment for any reason, the Company will have no severance obligation under this Agreement other than (i) as specifically provided in Section 5, and (ii) for payment of accrued but unpaid compensation, vacation and expenses. Executive may, however, be entitled to severance benefits in accordance with one or more separate written severance agreements with the Company.
