No Solicitation of Settlement Objections. At no time shall any of the Parties or their counsel seek to solicit or otherwise encourage Settlement Class Members to submit written Objections to the Settlement or encourage an appeal from the Court’s Final Approval Order.

No Solicitation of Settlement Objections. The Parties agree to use their best efforts to carry out the terms of this Settlement.   • Objections to Settlement 7.7.1 Only Participating Class Members may object to the class action components of the Settlement and/or this Agreement, including contesting the fairness of the Settlement, and/or amounts requested for the Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and/or Class Representative Service Payment.
