NO STRIKE CLAUSE. The Association agrees to comply with statutory provisions prohibiting strikes by public employees. In the event of any such violation during the term of the Contract the Association shall endeavor to return the employees to work as quickly as possible by: A. Delivering immediately to the Board a copy of a notice addressed to all employees repudiating such acts of the employees and ordering them to cease such acts and to return to work. B. Taking such other action which it deems reasonable and appropriate to bring about compliance with the terms of this Contract.
