NO STRIKE CLAUSE. The Union, its members and representatives agree that it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction, or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management of the City, nor to effect a change of personnel or operations management, or of employees not covered by this Memorandum of Understanding.

NO STRIKE CLAUSE. The UnionIn consideration of the foregoing provisions of this Agreement and during the term of this Agreement, the Union agrees that it will not cause or authorize its members and representatives agree to strike, sit down, slow down, or engage in any work stoppage or work limitation. Furthermore, it is understood that no Union officer or representative shall authorize, encourage or assist in any such strike, work stoppage or limitation. The Union further agrees that it and they its authorized representatives will not engage in, authorize, sanction, or support actively oppose and discourage any strike, slowdown, stoppage such action on the part of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management of the City, nor to effect a change of personnel or operations management, or of employees not covered by this Memorandum of Understandingindividual employees.

The Employee Union, its members and representatives agree that it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction, or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe) or to perform customary duties; and neither in the Employee Union nor any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management of the City, nor to effect a change of personnel or operations management, management or of employees not covered by this Memorandum of Understanding.

The Company will not engage in, authorize, sanction, or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment cause nor permit its employees within the bargaining unit while this Agreement is safe) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management of the City, nor to effect a change of personnel or operations management, or of employees not covered by this Memorandum of Understandingforce.

Neither the Union nor any of its officers of District employees will instigate, its members and representatives agree that it and they will not promote, encourage, sponsor, engage in, authorize, sanction, in or support condone any strike, slowdown, stoppage concerted work stoppage, sympathy strike or any other intentional interruption of work, curtailment work during the term of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment this Agreement and until a successor agreement is safe) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management of the City, nor to effect a change of personnel or operations management, or of employees not covered ratified by this Memorandum of Understandingboth parties.

The UnionAssociation, its members and representatives agree that it and they will not engage in, authorize, sanction, or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union Association nor any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management of the City, nor to effect a change of personnel or operations management, of management or of employees not covered by this the Memorandum of Understanding.

NO STRIKE CLAUSE. The UnionUnion agrees, on its members and representatives agree that it and they will not engage inown behalf that: During the life of this Agreement, authorize, sanction, or support any strike, slowdown, stoppage of work, curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe) or to perform customary duties; and neither the Union nor any representatives thereof of its agents, or persons acting in its behalf, shall engage cause, authorize or support, nor shall any of its members take part in job action any strike that is, the concerted failure to report for work, or willful absence of an employee from their position, or stoppage of work, or abstinence, in whole or part, from the purpose of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management full, faithful and proper performance of the City, nor to effect a change employee's duties of personnel or operations management, or of employees not covered by this Memorandum of Understandingemployment for any purpose whatsoever.

NO STRIKE CLAUSE. The Union, its members and representatives agree that it and they will not (A) No employee covered by the Agreement shall engage in, authorize, sanctioninduce, or support encourage any strike, slowdown, stoppage or withholding of workservices ("strike"), curtailment of production, concerted refusal of overtime work, including a refusal to operate designated equipment (provided such equipment is safe) or to perform customary duties; and emergency overtime. The Union agrees that neither the Union it nor any representatives thereof shall engage in job action for of its officers or agents will at any time during the purpose term of effecting changes in the directives or decisions of management of the City, nor to effect a change of personnel or operations managementthis Agreement, or of employees not covered by this Memorandum of Understandingat any time thereafter during negotiations or impasse procedure, participate in or in any way encourage any such strike.
