NO STRIKE CLAUSE. The Association and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program. The Association, therefore, agrees that its officers, representatives and members shall not, for the duration of this Agreement, authorize any strike, slow down or stoppage of work in accordance with applicable state laws.
