NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS. In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement and provisions of the Ontario Labour Relations Act, the Union agrees that there will be no strike, slowdown, picketing by employees, work stoppage (either complete or partial} or other interruptions or interference with operations during the term of this Agreement. The Company agrees that there shall be no lockout during the term of the Agreement.

The Company agrees agree that there shall be no lockout strike(s) and/or lockout(s) during the term life of this Agreement and until the Agreementparties of this Agreement are legally entitled to strike or lockout. The Company Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout during the term of the Agreement. The terms "strike" and "lockout" shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Labour Relations Act (Ontario).

The Company agrees that there shall be no lockout during the term of the Agreementas amended.

The Company agrees that there allotted budget shall be no lockout during deemed a lock out, unless such closure is legislated by the term Ministry of the AgreementChildren, Community and Social Services.
