Common use of No Strikes Clause in Contracts

No Strikes. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its agents or representatives will cause, sanction, or take part in any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdown, or any other interference with the operation of the Employer’s business, except as provided for in the Article covering the term of this Agreement.

No Strikes. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union Union, its officers, agents, or representatives, nor its agents any employee, will in any way, directly or representatives will indirectly, authorize, assist, cause, sanctionencourage, participate in, ratify, or take part in condone any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdown, or any other interference with the operation of the Employer’s business, except as provided for in the Article covering the term of this Agreement.

During the term of this Agreement, or any extension thereof, neither the Union nor its agents or representatives will causerepresentatives, not any employees, individually or collectively, shall call, sanction, or take part participate in any strike, sympathy strikework stoppage, walkout, and slowdown, or any other interference with the operation of the Employer’s business, except as provided for in the Article covering the term of this Agreement.

During the term of this Agreementagreement, neither or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held, the Union nor its agents will not permit or representatives will cause, sanction, or take part in encourage any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, slowdownslow-down, or any other interference stoppage of work or otherwise restrict or interfere with the operation of the Employer’s business, except as provided for in the Article covering the term of this Agreementoperation through its members.
