Common use of No Tacit Renewal Clause in Contracts

No Tacit Renewal. If the Tenant remains in possession of the Premises after the end of the Term without the execution and delivery of a new lease and the Landlord accepts the Rent, there shall be no tacit renewal of this Lease or the Term and the Tenant shall be deemed to be occupying the Premises as a Tenant from month to month at a monthly rental payable in advance on the first day of each month equal to 150% of the sum of all monthly Rent payable during the last month of the Term and otherwise upon the same terms and conditions as are set forth in this Lease, so far as applicable to a monthly tenancy.
