This Agreement No provision of the agreement is not intended to give nor shall it in any way inure to the benefit of any customer, property owner or confer any benefitsother third party, rights, privileges, claims, actions, or remedies so as to constitute any such person or entity as a third third-party beneficiary, decree, or otherwisebeneficiary under the agreement.
