Tuition The Charter School shall not charge tuition or fees to its students except as may be authorized for local boards pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 20-2-133.
No Pyramiding Compensation shall not be paid more than once for the same hours under any provision of this Article or Agreement.
No Gratuities Contractor has not directly or indirectly offered or given any gratuities (in the form of entertainment, gifts, or otherwise), to any Judicial Branch Personnel with a view toward securing this Agreement or securing favorable treatment with respect to any determinations concerning the performance of this Agreement.
No Weapons or Firearms Except as provided by statute and District policy, all District properties are weapons- and firearms-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from possessing on its persons or in its vehicles any weapons or firearms while on District property.
Tuition Remission Full-time employees shall be eligible for tuition remission as follows: (For the UMass system, “tuition remission” is defined as the “student tuition credit”).
No Gifts Vendor shall not give a gift or make an expenditure to or for the personal benefit of a Citizens officer or employee.
No Offset All payments due under this Agreement will be made in a timely manner throughout the Term and notwithstanding the pendency of any dispute (monetary or otherwise) between Registry Operator and ICANN.
No Retaliation No employee shall be discharged or in any other manner discriminated against by the Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor because such employee has filed any complaint or instituted or caused to be instituted any proceeding under or relating to enforcement of this Agreement.
No Individual Liability No Authority Board of Directors member, officer, agent, director, or employee of the Authority shall be charged personally or held contractually liable by or to any other person under the terms or provisions of this Agreement or because of any breach thereof.
No Gifts or Gratuities Party shall not give title or possession of anything of substantial value (including property, currency, travel and/or education programs) to any officer or employee of the State during the term of this Agreement.
