Identification and Referral. Charter School shall assume responsibility for identifying and referring students who have or may have exceptional needs that qualify them to receive Special Education services. Charter School will develop, maintain, and implement policies and procedures to ensure identification and referral of students who have, or may have, such exceptional needs. These policies and procedures will be in accordance with federal California law, and SELPA policy. Charter School shall be solely responsible for obtaining the cumulative files, prior and/or current IEPs and other Special Education information on any student enrolling from a non-District school.

The Chartering Authority will ensure that the Charter School is provided with notification and relevant files of all students with an existing IEP and who transfer to the Charter School from another school. The Chartering Authority shall provide the Charter School with such records within 10 days of receipt of a request by the Charter School for the records, The Chartering Authority shall have unfettered access to all Charter School student records and information in order to serve all of the Charter School’s students’ exceptional needs

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request.
