Compliance with Law and Policy. It shall be the responsibility of the Manager to ensure that this Trust Agreement, the Disclosure Documents and all regulatory filings of the Trust and any distribution of Units comply with all Applicable Laws. To this end, the Manager, on behalf of a Trust, shall take such action and execute such deeds and documents as may be necessary or desirable to be filed with appropriate Securities Authorities on behalf of the Trust.
Compliance with Law and Policy. The Supplier must, in performing its obligations under the Agreement, comply with the Laws relevant to the provision of Works by the Supplier under the Agreement and with Xxxx policies (if applicable).
Compliance with Law and Policy. During the term of this Agreement, both parties hereto shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the Pennsylvania School Code and applicable Board Policy of either party.
Compliance with Law and Policy. Facility Standards and Licensing. Contractor shall comply with all:
(a) Pertinent local, state and federal laws and regulations as well as Agency policies and procedures applicable to contractor’s programs as specified in this Contract. The Agency shall notify the Contractor of any applicable new or revised laws, regulations, policies or procedures which the Agency has responsibility to promulgate or enforce; and
(b) Applicable local, state and federal licensing, zoning, building, health, fire and safety regulations or ordinances, as well as standards and criteria of pertinent state and federal authorities. Unless otherwise provided by law, the Contractor is not relieved of compliance while formally contesting the authority to require such standards, regulations, statutes, ordinance or criteria.
Compliance with Law and Policy. To this end, the Manager on behalf of the Funds shall take such action and execute such documents as may be necessary or desirable to be filed with appropriate regulatory authorities on behalf of the Funds.
Compliance with Law and Policy. The CONSULTANT and its employees and agents will perform their obligations under this Agreement in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances rules and TRINITY policies. CONSULTANT and its employees and agents shall comply with all policies, rules, and written or unwritten directives of TRINITY, including but not limited to Alcohol, Drugs, Weapons, Tobacco-Free, Anti-Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct. The SPEAKER and its employees and agents will perform their obligations under this Agreement in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, rules and TRINITY policies. SPEAKER and its employees and agents shall comply with all policies, rules, and written or unwritten directives of TRINITY, including but not limited to Alcohol, Drugs, Weapons, Tobacco-Free, Anti-Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct. Compliance with Law and Policy. The Supplier must, in performing its obligations in connection with this Agreement, comply with the Laws relevant to the provision of the Goods by the Supplier under the Agreement and with the XLam Code of Conduct, the XLam Safety Policy, the XLam Privacy Policy (xxxxx://xxx.XXxx.xxx.xx/privacy-policy), the XLam Whistleblower Policy and all other XLam policies and procedures relevant to the Supplier in connection with delivering the Goods and that are provided to the Supplier.
Compliance with Law and Policy. The Trust shall take such action and execute such deeds and documents as may be necessary or desirable to ensure that this Trust Agreement, the Disclosure Documents and all regulatory filings of the Trust and any distribution of Units comply with all Applicable Laws.
Compliance with Law and Policy. The Supplier must, in performing its obligations under this Agreement, comply with all Laws, CSV policy and other requirements affecting, or applicable to, the provision of Goods and/or Services by the Supplier under this Agreement, including but not limited to CSV's Gifts, Benefits and Hospitality Policy and any requirement for Personnel to have undergone a satisfactory national police check. The Supplier acknowledges that: the Supplier Code of Conduct is an important part of the State's approach to procurement and describes the State's minimum expectations regarding the conduct of its suppliers; it has read and aspires to comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct; and the expectations set out in the Supplier Code of Conduct are not intended to reduce, alter or supersede any other obligations which may be imposed on the Supplier, whether under the Agreement or at Law.
