Common use of No unnecessary Dispensing Clause in Contracts

No unnecessary Dispensing. (1) The Provider must not act in any way that increases its revenue from Te Whatu Ora artificially, including by Dispensing Pharmaceuticals more frequently than is necessary. (2) The Provider's obligation under this clause is a material obligation for the purposes of this Agreement.
