No Violation of Securities Laws. None of the Pledged Shares has been transferred in violation of the securities registration, securities disclosure or similar laws of any jurisdiction to which such transfer may be subject.
No Violation of Securities Laws. The consummation of the transaction contemplated hereby will not violate applicable securities laws of the United States and applicable states, including Missouri.

No injunction, stop order, cease and desist order or other judgment, writ, or decree denying, revoking or suspending the registration of shares of 4Health Common Stock or prohibiting or restricting the offer or sale of shares of 4Health Common Stock has been issued and except as disclosed in Schedule 4.09 to the 4Health Disclosure Schedule, to the knowledge of 4Health, there are no private or governmental suits, actions, investigations or other proceedings pending or threatened, seeking such a judgment, order, writ or decree or alleging any violation of Federal or state securities laws.
No Violation of Securities Laws. Pledgor's execution and delivery of this Agreement does not directly or indirectly violate or result in a violation of any securities laws.
No Violation of Securities Laws. LAZER-TEK DESIGNS, INC. will not sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of the CRYSTALIX Shares in violation of the Securities Act.

No injunction, stop order, cease and desist order or other judgment, writ, or decree denying, revoking or suspending the registration of shares of IN Common Stock or prohibiting or restricting the offer or sale of shares of IN Common Stock has been issued and, to the knowledge of IN, there are no private or governmental suits, actions, investigations or other proceedings pending or threatened, seeking such a judgment, order, writ or decree or alleging any violation of Federal or state securities laws.
No Violation of Securities Laws. TMI will not sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of the ECLE Shares in violation of the Securities Act.
No Violation of Securities Laws. NFR has entered into this Agreement for its own account and shall acquire any Oil and Gas Interests hereunder for its own accounts and not with the intent to make a distribution hereof within the meaning of Securities Act of 1933 and the rules and regulations pertaining to it or distribution thereof in violation of any applicable securities laws.
No Violation of Securities Laws. None of the shares in the capital of the Borrower or the Pledged Shares has been issued, converted or transferred in violation of the securities registration, securities disclosure or similar laws of any jurisdiction to which they may be subject.
No Violation of Securities Laws. Blech's activities in connection with the offer and sale by the Company of the Units have not violated, and will not violate, any provision of (a) the federal securities laws, (b) the securities laws of any state in which the Units are being offered and sold, or (c) the rules and regulations of any national securities exchange or securities self-regulatory organization.
