Site Industries, LLC warrants that r e a s o n a b l e e f f o r t s a r e m a d e t o ensure that the Service will be free of viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware, or other mali- cious code (“Malicious Code”), or conduct engaged in by a malicious actor for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access and exploiting the Service and it’s Users except for any Malicious Code originating outside of the Service, such as Malicious Code contained in Customer-uploaded attachments, third-party applications/files or content otherwise originating from Customer.

To Supplier’s knowledge after testing using industry leading virus check software, the Software Product will be free from any faults, defects, viruses, worms, disabling programming codes, instructions or other such items (“Virus”) that may threaten, infect, damage, disable or otherwise interfere with the permitted use of the Software Product. Licensor will test each element of the Software Product, including any Upgrades, prior to delivery to Sprint to ensure that it is free of any Virus. If Sprint notifies Licensor that it has been informed or has reason to believe that a Virus has infected a Software Product, Licensor will promptly assist and work continuously with Sprint, at Sprint’s direction and at no charge, until, in Sprint’s determination, the Virus has been eliminated. * This material has been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment and such material has been filed separately with the Commission.
