Your Media definition

Your Media means Your copyrightable or trademarked images or text used on Your Website or added by You into the Fanplayr Service.
Your Media content that you provide to us for inclusion in Your Profile, including text, video footage and photographs; and
Your Media means copyrightable or trademarked images and/or text added into an offer or notification within the Fanplayr Service to create a customized Your Offer.

  • You grant to Fanplayr the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute and use Your Media, in order to provide the Fanplayr Service.

  • You own, and shall own, all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to Your Media, Your Websites, technology, software, and hardware owned by the You, including any improvements, modifications, and enhancements made or provided by or on behalf of Youand all of its intellectual property rights with respect thereto (excluding the Fanplayr IP) (along with Your Confidential Information, collectively “Your IP”).

  • We grant You a nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Links and to access our website through the Qualifying Links solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, for the sole purpose of identifying Your Media as a participant in the Affiliate Program and assisting in increasing sales through the Program WebSite.

  • This also includes computer-generated data that we automatically collect, such as the website from which You have come to our Site, Your Media Access Control (“MAC”) address, Your computer type, screen resolution, operating system version and Internet browser, as well as information based on Your interaction with the Site, such as web log information, page views, and IP addresses on an anonymized basis.

  • Either Your unique identifier code or the embedded Links will serve to identify You as a member of our Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") and will establish a link from Your Media to our Network.

Related to Your Media

  • News media means a newspaper or other periodical issued at regular intervals, news service in paper or electronic form, radio station, television station, television network, community antenna television service, or person or corporation engaged in making news reels or other motion picture news for public showing.
