Your Media definition

Your Media means Your copyrightable or trademarked images or text used on Your Website or added by You into the Fanplayr Service.
Your Media content that you provide to us for inclusion in Your Profile, including text, video footage and photographs; and
Your Media means copyrightable or trademarked images and/or text added into an offer or notification within the Fanplayr Service to create a customized Your Offer.

  • You own, and shall own, all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to Your Media, Your Websites, technology, software, and hardware owned by the You, including any improvements, modifications, and enhancements made or provided by or on behalf of Youand all of its intellectual property rights with respect thereto (excluding the Fanplayr IP) (along with Your Confidential Information, collectively “Your IP”).

  • You grant to Fanplayr the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute and use Your Media, in order to provide the Fanplayr Service.

  • Service Media means central heating and hot water systems, electrical services for power and lighting, drainage and water services, and any data or phone services provided;

  • Networks the Local Area Network, network equipment, computer systems, and local cable infrastructure, at the Sites, to which the Service will be connected.

  • COLA means a percentage-based general wage increase adjustment provided in accordance with this Memorandum of Agreement. COLA is an upward adjustment applied to and folded into all wage rates. This figure is calculated by averaging index levels over the applicable 12 months. The Latest 12-month Average Index % Change is reported publicly by BC Stats in the monthly BC Stats Consumer Price Index Highlights report. The BC Stats Consumer Price Index Highlights report released in mid-March will contain the applicable figure for the 12-months concluding at the end of February. The percentage change reported by BC Stats that will form the basis for determining any COLA increase is calculated to one decimal point. For reference purposes only, the annualized average of BC CPI over twelve months from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022 was 3.4%.

  • Foster child means a child who has been removed from his or her home pursuant to Section 309 of the Welfare and Institutions Code (“WIC”), is the subject of a petition filed under Section 300 or 602 of the WIC, or has been removed from his or her home and is the subject of a petition filed under WIC section 300 or 602.

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;

  • Hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;

  • India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;

  • Salmon means fish of the species Salmo salar (Atlantic salmon);

  • Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).

  • Smart In accordance with the District’s agreement with FAU, SMaRT (Substituting with Mentors and Realistic Teaching) students will be used as substitute teachers in lieu of regular county substitute teachers. Lesson plans, seating charts and other related materials will be prepared and provided to SMaRT students in the same fashion and manner as required for a regular county substitute teacher. Use of a SMaRT student substitute in a classroom as proposed to regular county substitute will not create any additional procedures, preparations or work for the classroom teacher. The signed contract between FAU and District regarding these programs shall not be in conflict with parameters of this agreement.
