A/E acknowledges that any and all tests, maps, reports, and Drawings in the possession of TFC that reflect or depict Site boundaries, recorded easements, topography, utility locations, and other Site conditions and/or restrictions which may impact the design and/or construction of the Project were prepared solely for TFC’s benefit and for information only purposes, and that A/E shall have no right to rely upon such and that any reliance thereon shall be at A/E’s own risk. TFC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED REPORTS, TESTS, MAPS AND DRAWINGS.
