NOISE, DISTURBANCE AND NUISANCE. 1. No owner, lessee or occupier may permit anything to be done in his or her section, exclusive use area or on the common property, which constitutes a nuisance or an unreasonable invasion of the privacy of the other occupiers of the buildings, or permit or cause any disturbance or allow his or her children or visitors to cause any disturbance which in the opinion of the trustees would constitute a nuisance or an invasion of the right of privacy of other occupiers.

  • Noise Abatement Contractor shall operate, conduct, or construct without violating the City’s Noise Abatement Ordinance codified in the SDMC.

Such training shall include but not be limited to: reference to definitions of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse, and child safeguarding violations; a clear and unambiguous statement that any form of sexual exploitation and abuse, and any conduct that undermines the safeguarding of children, is prohibited; the requirement that any allegations of sexual exploitation and abuse, or child safeguarding violations be promptly reported as provided for in Article 14.4; and the requirement that alleged victims of sexual exploitation and abuse or child safeguarding violations, be promptly informed of and referred to available professional assistance, upon her or his consent.
