Exclusive Use Area definition

Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;
Exclusive Use Area means that part of the Common Property as indicated to the Purchaser and to be allocated to the Purchaser for his exclusive use and enjoyment as contemplated in section 10(7) of the STSMA once the amended rules are approved by the Body Corporate and registered with the Ombud in terms of the provisions of the STSMA;
Exclusive Use Area means common elements that the declaration reserves for delegation by the board of directors to the use of a certain unit or units, to the exclusion of other units.

Exclusive Use Area means the Exclusive Use Area stipulated in Clause 2.3 of the Covering Schedule (the Garden), which forms part of the Common Property and is reserved for the exclusive use of the owner of the Section;
