Noise, Nuisance, Harassment or Dispute. 5.5.1 Residents or their guests or visitors must not cause a nuisance to other residents or their guests or visitors or to staff. They must not play radios, televisions or other equipment so loudly that it disturbs others. 5.5.2 Residents or their guests or visitors must not harass other residents, staff or visitors on grounds of race, colour, religion, disability or any other matter that may cause offence or distress or interfere with the peace and comfort of the Home.
