Common use of Nominating Procedures Clause in Contracts

In connection with each meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors of the Company are to be elected, the parties hereto shall cause their designees on the Board to nominate a slate of nominees for director which meets the Board Composition Requirements for so long as this Agreement remains in effect.
