NON ADVISED SERVICE Sample Clauses

The NON ADVISED SERVICE clause defines that the service provider is not offering advice or recommendations to the client regarding the subject matter of the agreement. In practice, this means the client is responsible for making their own decisions and cannot rely on the provider for guidance or suitability assessments; for example, the provider may supply information or products but will not suggest which options are best for the client’s needs. This clause primarily serves to limit the provider’s liability and clarify that the client assumes responsibility for their choices, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over alleged advice or recommendations.
