Awarding of Contracts 1. To be considered for award, a tender shall be submitted in writing and shall, at the time of opening, comply with the essential requirements set out in the notices and tender documentation and be from a supplier that satisfies the conditions for participation.
Continuing Contract 10.3.3.1 The second contract for a regular faculty member is the continuing contract for continuing employment. A continuing contract will not be offered to any faculty member who is not deemed to have a Master's degree or equivalent in accordance with the agreed criteria. Those faculty members having a continuing appointment as of August 1975 will not be affected by this clause.
Continuing Contract Performance Pending final resolution of a Claim including litigation, unless otherwise agreed in writing the Contractor shall proceed diligently with performance of the Contract and the Owner shall continue to make payments in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Grouping of contracts To the extent practicable, contracts for goods shall be grouped in bid packages estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more each.

NO EXPECTATION OF CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT BEYOND TERM OF CONTRACT Neither this contract nor any Board Policy, rule or evaluation procedure shall confer upon the Employee continued employment beyond the term provided in this contract.
SUSPENSION OF CONTRACT The Commissioner of OGS or his her designee, in his or her sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend any or all activities under this Contract, at any time, when he or she discovers information that calls into question the responsibility of the Contractor.

Termination of Contract The Department may terminate the Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing access to all public records, as defined in Chapter 119, F. S., made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract.
