NON-BARGAINING UNIT PERSONNEL PERFORMING WORK. Non-Bargaining Unit personnel shall not do Bargaining Unit work normally performed exclusively by the Bargaining Unit. This does not prevent such Non-Bargaining Unit personnel from performing necessary functions such as instruction or assistance to employees, provided the assistance rendered does not displace the person doing the work, or from operating equipment or processes in emergencies or for experimental purposes.
