Common use of Non-Blended Premium Rate Methodology Clause in Contracts

Non-Blended Premium Rate Methodology. In the event that the blended rate premium methodology is not continued in Plan Year 2016, 2017, and/or 2018, in-lieu of the employee and employer obligations for contributions to health premiums described in Section 2, employees and the City shall contribute towards health premiums as follows.
