Non Call-in Return to Duty. 13-10 A member returning to duty for part of a shift that was planned, arranged and agreed upon by the member at the direction of a supervisor to attend during the member’s off-shift hours, shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at straight time or overtime as defined in sub-sections 13-01 and 13-03 whichever is the greater overtime credit.
