Non-Conversion to Reserve. It is the intent of the Parties that the Selected Lands shall not be Reserve Lands subject to the Indian Act (Canada), and, in particular that Sections 35 and 36 of the Indian Act (Canada) shall have no application to the Selected Lands. Any general Land Use Permits issued in relation to the Selected Lands may be cancelled by Manitoba without notice, at any time, should any action be taken by any Party to this Agreement to make such Selected Lands subject to the Indian Act (Canada).

Any general Land Use Permits issued in relation to the Permit and Fee Simple Lands may be cancelled by Manitoba without notice, at any time, should any action be taken by any Party to this Agreement to make such Permit and Fee Simple Lands subject to the Indian Act (Canada). A selection by Norway House Cree Nation of any Permit and Fee Simple Lands for Treaty Land Entitlement, or the concurrence of Canada in such selection, shall not be a breach of such condition.

  • SIMPLE IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions You are eligible to convert all or any portion of your existing SIMPLE IRA into your Xxxx XXX, provided two years have passed since you first participated in a SIMPLE IRA plan sponsored by your employer. Developer shall comply with and perform all of the contractor and ADOT requirements, including the ADOT obligations, commitments, and responsibilities, identified in the following table, except to the extent of those requirements that are specifically identified in the third column, entitled “Description of ADOT Responsibilities,” which are not delegated to Developer.

  • Availability of PHI for Amendment Modernizing Medicine shall provide PHI in EMA to Medical Practice for amendment, and incorporate any such amendments in the PHI (for so long as Modernizing Medicine maintains such information in the Designated Record Set), in accordance with this Addendum and as required by 45 C.F.R. § 164.526. If Modernizing Medicine receives a request for amendment to PHI directly from an Individual, Modernizing Medicine shall forward such request to Medical Practice within ten (10) business days. Medical Practice shall have the sole responsibility for determining whether to approve an amendment to PHI and to make such amendment.
