Common use of NON-DESIGN ECPS Clause in Contracts

NON-DESIGN ECPS. The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, subcontract management, project management and other services required to demolish existing equipment and controls, install and commission non-design ECPs. The ECP shall provide fully functioning equipment, systems, FMS, EMS, or other controls unless specified otherwise on individual Delivery Order. The Contractor shall provide manuals and instructions to the Government.
