Non Discrimination and Compliance Provisions. A. Subrecipient shall comply fully with the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity provisions; the Nontraditional Employment for Women Act of 1991; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, which prohibits discrimination on the bases of race, color and national origin; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, which prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of age; the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs; the Equal Opportunity provisions in Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375 and supplemented by the requirements of 41 C.F.R. Part 60; and with all applicable requirements imposed by or pursuant to regulations or Executive Order implementing those laws, including, but not limited to, 29 C.F.R. parts 33, 37 and 38. The United States, the State of California and County have a right to seek judicial enforcement of this requirement.
