Non Discrimination and Compliance Provisions. a. CONTRACTOR shall comply fully with the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity provisions; the Nontraditional Employment for Women Act of 1991; Title VI of the County of Orange Page 1 of 10 . 2-1-1 Orange County OC Community Resources Folder No 13-20- 613226 Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended; the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended; the Equal Opportunity provisions in Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375 and supplemented by the requirements of 41 C.F.R. Part 60; and with all applicable requirements imposed by or pursuant to regulations or Executive Order implementing those laws, including, but not limited to, 29 C.F.R. Parts 33 and 37. The United States, the State of California and COUNTY have the right to seek judicial enforcement of this requirement.
