NON-DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT-FREE WORKPLACE. a. The Sub-recipient, as certified in Attachment II, shall not discriminate against any employee, or against any applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, handicap, national origin, marital status, or sex. The Sub-recipient shall also provide a harassment-free workplace and give any allegation of harassment priority attention and action by management. The Sub-recipient will comply with the requirements as set forth in Public Law 105-220, section 188. b. The Sub-recipient shall be compliant with the Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 - Whistleblower Policy and ensure compliance with the Coalition’s Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
