Non-Discrimination and Treatment of a Child-. A. Provide such child or children with a family type environment, including adequate food, shelter, clothing (except as otherwise provided by the Cabinet under this agreement), incidental expenses, affection, training, recreation, education, services that are consistent with their ethnic and cultural background, and opportunities for religious, spiritual, or ethical development in the faith of the child or family’s choice, if any.
